Outright Games and Nickelodeon are throwing the PAW Patrol gang into the world of kart racing, and, you know, it’s about time, right? Anyway, so we’ve got this game called PAW Patrol Rescue Wheels: Championship heading to the Nintendo Switch.
3DClouds, that’s the crew working behind the scenes here. They’ve cooked up this wild ride where you’re zipping around as those adorable rescue pups. You get to pick from a bunch of them, then it’s all about drifting, jumping, and pulling off some mid-air stunts—12 tracks, mind you. Oh, and three arenas, each ripped straight from the show somehow.
You can be a lone wolf on these courses or drag a buddy into the chaos with local co-op. Oh, and get this — they’ve got a feature where your regular kart, just bam, turns into a monster truck mid-race. I mean, I have no idea how that makes sense, but it sounds kind of awesome.
Fans of the show (because, seriously, who isn’t?) will recognize places like Adventure Bay, Mountain, and Foggy Bottom — you’ll be zoomin’ through familiar spots, dodging and collecting special goodies and power-ups like it’s nobody’s business.
So, Stephanie Malham from Outright Games was all hyped and mentioned they wanted this to be a fun family deal. She said, “The monster truck transformation feature adds an exciting new dimension to the gameplay.” And I guess, maybe it does. Apparently, they worked with Nickelodeon to bottle up all that fun and adventure PAW Patrol’s known for.
Mark your calendars, or don’t, but it hits stores and the Nintendo eShop for Switch all over the world on October 31, 2025. Yup, that’s a thing.
