Survival romp Dysmantle’s hit a crazy milestone—over two million copies sold. Yeah, wild, right?
So, developer 10tons says they’ve hit this mark over 40-ish months since its 1.0 launch back in November 2021. Before that, it spent a year in Early Access. Remember those days? Anyway, it’s everywhere now—PC, PlayStation, Xbox, Switch, iOS, you name it. But who knows how many on each? They didn’t spill the beans on that one.
Oh, and big news! To party over the two million sales, they’re dropping a physical version for PlayStation 5 and Nintendo Switch.
“We can’t thank everyone enough,” says 10tons’ co-founder Sampo Töyssy. You can almost see the grin on his face, right?
But here’s a bittersweet morsel—they wanted to do a US release too. Didn’t happen though, because, well, life has other plans. But June 27th, mark your calendar, that’s when it drops for PS5 and Switch. Fingers crossed everyone who wants it can grab one. Thanks for sticking with them through this ride.
