Sure thing, here we go:

So, there’s this game I’m seriously looking forward to playing on the shiny new Switch 2. It came out on the 3DS back in 2012. Now, don’t get me wrong, the Switch 2’s lineup for launch is solid, but there’s just something about Bravely Default. It’s like, remember when something was so good it just sticks in your brain like gum on a shoe?
Alright, so here’s how good it was: Pure Nintendo reviewed it in 2014 when it hit the U.S., and they slapped a perfect 10 on it. Crazy, right? Thomas Jones, the reviewer, just gushed over it. I can kinda see why. He called it this wild mix of old Final Fantasy goodness with these new shiny bits. Said it could be Square Enix’s new ace up the sleeve. He went on about the visuals, sounds, and characters like it was a fireworks show or something. Addictive as a bag of chips you keep munching on until it’s all crumbs.
Now, fast forward a bit. When the 3DS eShop said its goodbyes, it kinda threw a wrench in things for JRPG lovers. And those darn cartridges! Funny story, some gameplay parts needed this StreetPass thing. Sorta like needing a friend to pass you a note in class. Anyway, the game’s now getting an HD Remaster. No more StreetPass quirks and, get this, new mini-games. Luxencheer Rhythm Catch and Ringabel’s Panic Cruise — sounds fancy, huh? Gotta love how they’re using those Joy-Con mice, or whatever they’re called.
And visuals! Oh man, while those 3D scenes might be gone, they’re upping the graphics. If the samples look this good, I’d say we’re in for a treat.
Oh, and costumes! Who doesn’t like a good outfit change mid-battle? Sort of like playing dress-up but with, you know, swords and magic.
Long story short, this Switch 2 version of Bravely Default Flying Fairy HD Remaster is like a second shot at catching the magic. For newbies or those of us itching for a replay, it’s all set to roll out. If you want the backstory or the deets on its battle system, hit up square-enix-games.com. They’ve got digital pre-orders going for $39.99, and it’ll drop on June 5th with the new console.
Guess that’s all, folks. For now, anyway!
